When Dougal heard my meter was running but no taps on, he sent Matthew round pretty quickly. Terrific diagnosis of an underground broken pipe in an almost inaccessible spot. Excellent repair in under 3 hours. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Dougal supplied and installed a Saniflo pump for our downstairs bathroom. He was easy to deal with, informative, punctual and left no mess behind. He also repaired an urgent leak that had occurred the night before unrelated to the quoted job. Will definitely be using his services for our renovation next year.
